Yes. In fact, the Intro 4-Pack was designed specifically for people who are new to Lagree. Your first class is a learning experience, not an audition. Your instructor will be with you throughout introducing you to the machine personally before the session starts, coaching you through every movement, and modifying exercises to match your fitness level and any injury history. The only thing you need to walk in with is willingness to try something genuinely new.
Lagree is a zero-impact method. Every movement is slow and controlled, which means there is no jarring, jumping, or unexpected load on joints, your spine, or soft tissue. Our instructors are trained to modify movements for a wide range of physical histories back concerns, knee and hip issues, shoulder injuries, scoliosis, and anything else worth mentioning. Tell your instructor before your first class. They'll build the session around you.

Karley Creek trained under the creators of the Lagree method in Los Angeles the city where Lagree was invented and where the highest concentration of expert instruction in the world still exists.
